Like a music teacher, personal trainer or any other professional, one-on-one and group instruction is available. Since 1995, Gary has cultivated an incredible appreciation for online practice through working with people all over the world, without the expense of travel or brick and mortar settings. Working with individuals gives him incredible joy and is the kind of relationship he has cultivated with his closest teachers. Rather than try to download information to a student, he prefers to co-create an organic relationship, where the practices and study are tailored to the individual. Adirondack Dharma online teaching is typically through Zoom, but other arrangements can be made as needed.
